Overview

Cell-free engineering of synthetic exosome libraries for use as personalised therapeutics

Exosomes are tiny vesicles (much smaller than bacteria) that are released from many different cells in your body. They contain complex biological cargos consisting of proteins, lipids and RNAs that are delivered to recipient cells. As a result, exosomes play pivotal roles in health and disease. Using our cell-free based methods Cellibero will engineer customised libraries of synthetic exosomes that can deliver personalised therapeutic cargos that promote the healthy functions of your cells.
